Septic assessment comprising on-site soil and hydraulic loading rate testing, preliminary system sizing, and preparation of a feasibility report including site plans, system design and feasibility of wastewater capacity.
In addition, water supply and associated treatment is required which can range from individual wells to water treatment systems approved by Health Authorities (Interior Health), as well as road design and drainage solutions (Storm).
